A: All items at qualityteespy are printed on demand just for you. That means we don’t offer returns for issues like choosing the wrong size, color, or design.

However, if the item you receive has a printing error, production defect, or does not match what was shown on our site — we’ll remake it at no charge or offer a refund.

NOTICE: If you ordered the wrong size due to not checking the sizing chart:

  • We can reprint your order with no profit — you only pay for production and shipping.
  • We’ll send you the sizing chart for confirmation before reprinting.
  • An invoice will be sent via PayPal. Once payment is received, we’ll prioritize the new order for faster handling.

Q: I made a mistake with my order — what can I do?

A: Sometimes mistakes happen with design contrast or shirt color — like white text on a white tee. Since our system prints directly from your selection, we recommend double-checking previews.

If it’s an error on our part (wrong item, misprint, etc.), we’ll resolve it quickly. Just email us with a photo and explanation.

If it’s a customer mistake, we’ll still help — but a discounted reprint fee and shipping cost will apply, similar to our exchange solution.

Q: My item was defective — what happens next?

A: If we sent you an incorrect or faulty product, you won’t need to ship it back. Just email us a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer a store credit or full refund.

In these cases, we kindly ask you to donate the item to a local charity or someone in need — and confirm it with us. We believe in reducing waste and spreading good.

Q: My package was returned — what should I do?

A: If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you’ll see “Return to Sender” in your tracking info.

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can resend your package once it’s back in our hands. However, there will be a small fee for reshipping ($6–$8) plus a handling fee ($2–$4).
